These Terms of Service govern your use of FacilitySignsPro.com and purchases from Facility Signs Pro. By using the website, requesting a quote, approving a proof or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order.

If you place an order for a company, government agency or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Products and Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, materials, sizes and prices accurately. Colors and proportions shown on screens or digital previews are approximate.

We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information or availability at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by a material error and issue an appropriate refund.

Products and services may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Orders

Submitting an order does not require Facility Signs Pro to accept it. We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

• Product or material availability
• Pricing or website errors
• Payment or fraud concerns
• Unlawful or infringing content
• Unsafe or impractical production requirements
• Inability to complete the order as requested

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Shipping, taxes and other applicable charges are displayed during checkout or included in an approved quote.

Payment must be authorized before production unless written credit terms have been established.

Custom Products and Proofs

Custom products are manufactured from information, selections and artwork supplied or approved by the customer.

Orders requiring a proof are governed by the Facility Signs Pro Proof-Approval Policy. Production begins after written proof approval. Approval confirms that the customer accepts the content and layout shown.

Custom products generally cannot be canceled or returned after proof approval or after production begins. Additional terms are contained in our Returns, Cancellations and Custom Products Policy.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of logos, artwork and other content you provide.

You grant Facility Signs Pro a limited license to store, reproduce, modify and use that content as reasonably necessary to:

• Prepare designs and proofs
• Manufacture ordered products
• Communicate about the order
• Maintain production records
• Produce future reorders

We will not intentionally use a customer’s private logo or custom design in public marketing without permission.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all submitted names, logos, trademarks, photographs, artwork and other content. You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.

Facility Signs Pro may refuse content that we reasonably believe violates these requirements.

Safety and Regulatory Responsibility

Facility Signs Pro manufactures signs based on customer selections and approved content. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Facility Signs Pro does not provide legal, engineering, workplace-safety or regulatory-compliance advice.

The customer is responsible for determining:

• Required sign wording
• Applicable OSHA, ANSI, DOT, pipeline, property or local requirements
• Appropriate signal words and hazard classifications
• Required size, material and reflectivity
• Proper installation location, height and mounting method
• Whether a sign is suitable for its intended environment

A professional artwork review or proof is a production review and is not certification that the sign satisfies every law, standard or site-specific requirement.

Color, Size and Manufacturing Tolerances

Digital displays and proofs cannot guarantee exact physical colors. Finished products may have reasonable variations caused by screen settings, materials, printing processes and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Specified product dimensions are nominal and may be subject to minor manufacturing variations.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Production estimates begin after proof approval when approval is required.

Facility Signs Pro is not responsible for carrier delays or other events outside our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable assistance with eligible shipping claims.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, damaged products and refunds are governed by our Returns, Cancellations and Custom Products Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Facility Signs Pro website, branding, product layouts, software, text, graphics and other original content are owned by Facility Signs Pro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit website content or Design Lab functionality without written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape or copy the website for commercial use
• Submit content that violates another party’s rights
• Misrepresent your identity or authority

Third-Party Services

The website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics and other services. Those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every website error will be corrected immediately.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Facility Signs Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use, installation, misuse, delayed delivery or an improperly selected sign.

Facility Signs Pro’s total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where a greater remedy is required by law.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from content you supplied, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another party’s rights or your improper installation or use of a product.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, utility failures, material shortages, labor disruptions, government actions or natural disasters.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updated date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
